These Terms govern your use of Tidru, the AI career navigator available at gotidru.com and app.gotidru.com ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Tidru helps you discover, compare, and track job opportunities using AI. Matches, compensation figures, and other insights are informational and may be inaccurate or incomplete — verify anything important (such as a role's details or pay) directly with the employer before acting on it.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including: scraping or overloading it, attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering it, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to violate any applicable law.
You retain ownership of the content you provide (e.g. your résumé and profile). You grant us a limited license to process that content to operate and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Tidru and protected by applicable laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the Service as intended.
The Service integrates third parties (e.g. Google Sign-In, AI providers, job sources). Your use of those is also subject to their terms, and we aren't responsible for third-party content or links.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that matches will lead to interviews or offers, or that any information is accurate, complete, or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tidru is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
We may update these Terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
